Anatomy: "Insides Out" model

Here's a book called Insides Out (and a chart called an "Organ-izer," ha ha) that comes with a human body model. Wunderkind loves all those organs and things.

I was informed that the adult brain is the consistency of Jell-O. A child's brain is a little thicker, more like pudding. That doesn't seem thick enough to me. I want more substance up there.
