Field trip: local farm!

Field trip to a local farm. Wunderkind had the most fun!

In the gazebo with a new friend before the tour:

In the wagon, riding around the farm:

Feeding a baby goat. The kids were asked to line up to feed the baby goat. Have you ever seen homeschool kids try to line up? They may win spelling bees and ace their SATs, but they can't form a line to save their souls. (OK, yes, I'm sure some of them can. Ones who make up reasons to practice. Just not any that I know.)

There was info like this painted inside the barns and coops:

Rabbits!

Wunderkind absolutely loved this pig. His name is Happy the Pig.

Back at home, Wunderkind drew a farm world so he could reenact the experience.
